James Clapper

James Robert Clapper Jr. (March 14, 1941) was the Director of National Intelligence in President Obama's Cabinet(2010-2017) and now sparatically contributes to CNN. As Director of National Intelligence (DNI), James Clapper headed up the NSA, which collects and stores communication data of American citizens. Senator Ron Wyden famously asked James Clapper, "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans." James Clapper commited perjury denying the NSA data collection.

Clapper played a major role in supplying the means for the FBI and CIA to spy on the Trump Campaign during the 2016 election season. Paul Manafort, who served briefly as the Donald Trump's campaign manager had his phone communications tapped and his apartment raided because of old ties to Russian business oligarch. The case against Manafort was promptly dropped once the Tony Podesta and the Podesta Group were found to be connected to the same dealings. James Clapper also lied claiming the Intelligence Community never spied on the Trump Campaign or anyone in Trump Tower.

No Damage Assessment of Hillary's Top Secret Email Leaks & Judicial Watch's Lawsuits

During the 2016 election, published the Podesta emails and the DNC emails, both of which revealed that Hillary Clinton and her staff sent and recieved classified information on an unsecured private servers. Each on of those is a crime to either "knowingly" particpate in or have "gross negligence" with regaurds to the protection of classified information. James Comey covered for Hillary underoath by claiming she did not mean for classified information to end up on her private server and that she was extremely careless, which is a lawyer trick orchistrated by Peter Strzok to avoid the legal ramification of her gross negligence.

In 2017, after Trump had been elected Clapper, as Director of National Intellegnce, refused to do a damage assessment to find out what information had escaped and where it may have gone, which is required by the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 732, according to Judicial Watch after a information security breach like the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails.

The suit specifically refers to FBI Director James Comey’s statement on July 5, 2016, concerning Clinton’s use of an unsecure email account while conducting official State Department business:

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 emails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.

“The Obama administration conspired with Hillary Clinton regarding her emails, so it is no surprise that Obama officials wouldn’t want to hold her to account for her mishandling of classified materials,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump administration to get back to basics on the Clinton email scandal and find out what damage was done to our national security as a result of her illicit email practices.”

Tapped Trump Tower, Leaked Classified Conversations, & Lied About It

In March of 2017, President Donald Trump accused former President Barack Obama of tapping Trump Tower. Months earlier, the Director of the National Security Agency, Admiral Mike Rogers briefed then President Elect Trump about the wiretaps, possibly involving Paul Manafort, who was a Trump Tower resident and powerful international lobbiest. The following day, President Trump relocated the transition team to his golf club in Bedminster, NJ, until Trump Tower was debugged. This was the basis for an unannounced Inspector General Michael Horowitz's investation into illegal spying on the Trump campaign, Trump transition, and Trump White House.

Pergery About Mass Surveillance on Americans

In Congressional testimony, James Clapper perjured himself denying that the government collects any information of any kind on millions of Americans. He that was later exposed by whistleblower Edward Snowden as a lie, which to this day has yet to be prosecuted. James Clapper stated.

From that same testimony FBI Director Robert Mueller said, "If you are going to tresspass into a device, that requires a warrent, and the standard on the warrents are still up in the air." Very soon after, Barack Obama replaces Robert Mueller with James Comey as FBI Director.
