Rod Rosenstein
Rod Jay Rosenstein (January 13, 1965) is the Deputy Attorney General for the US Deparment of Justice (2017) that appointed Robert Mueller as a head of the Special Counsel into Donald Trump's alleged ties to Russia.

Appointed Special Counsel Mueller Despite Conflicts of Interest

Since Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself on all election related matters, the Deputy US Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate a series of allogations launched by Hillary Clinton, the Intelligence Community, and the Democratic Party that President Trump's colluded with the Russian government to influence the 2016 election.

The first allogation of Russian collusion comes as a result of the famous DNC Email Archive and the Podesta Emails exposing the deep state democrats involvement in Pizzagate, collusion with Facebook to the 2016 presidential election.

Rosenstein Impeachment Filed for Obstructing Congressional Oversight

Prior to the 2016 election, a DOJ/FBI investigation was opened into then candidate Donald Trump, to spy on the Trump Campaign. After it became clear that Trump could win and the Obama Administration's spying practices could be exposed, Rosenstein, Comey, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama started searching for excuses for why they had his staff violate Trump's 4th Amendment Rights, by retroactively submitting FISA warrents based on fictional documents the Clinton Campaign hired Christopher Steele to create, known as the Steele Dossier.

The use of the Department of Justice to sway the political process was illegal and several conservative Congressmen have opened an investigation into DOJ and FBI's illegal use of the Foreign Intelligence Survailence Court (FISC) to spy on the Trump Campaign. Several US House Republicans, such as Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, and Mark Meadows, wrote letters to Rod Rosenstein, which he never responded to. Congressmen sent two subponeas to the DOJ, which Rosenstein never complied with. Instead, the DOJ's standard procedure appears to be slow walking
